Saint Padre Pio Learning Center offers primary education under Kenya’s Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), the national framework for basic education. The curriculum follows the 2-6-3-3-3 structure, comprising two years of pre-primary, six years of primary, three years of junior school, three years of senior school, and three years of university. Introduced in 2017 to replace the 8-4-4 system, CBC promotes learner-centred education and practical application of knowledge. At Saint Padre Pio, pupils learn through engaging activities that build essential competencies, including communication, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, digital literacy, and self-efficacy. This approach helps children develop skills, confidence, and values.
